Complex systems.One accountableteam.
Meghoo designs and connects the systems a company runs on, from CRM and call centers to data and AI, with the same senior people from the first conversation to go-live.
A small senior team: 17 years and 40+ business system implementations.
Why projects go wrong for growing companies
It's rarely the software. It's how the project is sold and staffed.
Priced for enterprises
Large-partner rates and minimums are built for big accounts. A 60-person company pays for overhead it never uses.
Hard to reach
Senior people show up for the sale, then rotate off. Getting a decision-maker on a call can take weeks.
Sold what's on the shelf
Packaged offerings get fitted to your business instead of the other way around, and adoption suffers.
How we work
Small fixed steps and a decision at the end of each one. Stop after any step and keep everything it produced.

What we deliver
From the first plan to the systems your people use every day. Most engagements combine a few of these, and every one starts from the process your team actually runs.

About
Our team has spent 17 years designing business systems for pension funds, city departments and call centers across the United States.
Much of that work was rescuing projects that had gone wrong. The pattern was always the same: the design was decided by people who wouldn't build it. Meghoo stays small on purpose, so growing companies work with the people who design and build, not an org chart.
- 40+ implementations
- CRM, call centers and integration
- AI and voice agents
- Glendale, California
- Clients across the US

Rather talk it through first?
- 20 minutes with an architect, not a sales rep
- Video call or phone, your choice
- You leave knowing whether we're a fit
Senior and tired of the bench?
We're looking for experienced developers, solution architects and functional consultants who want to work directly with clients.
Questions owners ask first
Straight answers. Anything else, put it in the request.
Why don't you publish a price for the whole project?
Because any number before discovery is a guess. Every early step has a fixed price, and the full build is quoted after the proof of concept. Most programs we take on land between $50k and $200k over their lifetime.
Who owns the system when you're done?
You do. Everything is built in your own accounts, committed to your repository, and documented as we go.
Do you work remotely?
Yes, across the US, and on site in Southern California.
What if we're not a fit?
We'll say so in the first reply, with a reason and, when we can, a referral to someone better suited.
