These terms cover our website, chat and phone line. Our AI assistant helps you get started, but only a written agreement with our team commits either of us to anything. We text you only if you ask for it, and you can reply STOP at any time.
Using this website
meghoo-consulting.com is run by Meghoo Consulting, Inc. in Glendale, California. Articles and service descriptions are general information, not professional advice for your situation. A first pass we send is a non-binding written opinion; any paid work is governed by a separate written agreement that we sign with you.
Our AI assistant
Our phone line (833) 888-0038 and website chat are answered by an AI assistant. It can answer questions about our services, book a call, arrange a callback and take a message. It can make mistakes; anything it says about scope, timelines or prices is confirmed by our team in writing before it binds either side. Calls are recorded and transcribed after notice at the start of the call; see our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use our forms, chat or phone line to send spam, abusive content, malicious code or other people's personal information. We may end conversations and block numbers that do.
Text message confirmations
Program. Meghoo Consulting appointment confirmations. When you book, move or cancel an appointment with our assistant on a call to (833) 888-0038 and say yes when it asks whether you want a text confirmation, we send one text to the number you called from.
Frequency. One message for each booking, move or cancellation you make. No marketing, promotions or recurring messages.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from this number. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@meghoo-consulting.com or (833) 888-0038.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Your mobile number and consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our privacy policy.
Liability
The website and assistant are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Meghoo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using them.
