CRM Rescue Assessment for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
Short answer
It starts with the free first pass: you describe the situation, and within two business days we write back what we think is wrong, what we would need to confirm it, and whether we are the right team. When the answer is clear from your description, we quote the fix there and then. When it needs a look inside the system, the next step is this assessment: two weeks with read access, a findings report with evidence, a roadmap, and a fixed-price estimate for each fix. The assessment fee is credited in full against the first fix if you continue with us.
What you get in two weeks
- Findings report. Every problem we found in the solution, the data and the integrations, ranked by what it costs you: lost time, lost records, lost customers. With evidence: the records, the failed runs, the screens.
- Roadmap. What to change, in what order, and why that order. Written so any competent team can follow it, including the one you have.
- Estimates. A fixed price and duration for each step of the fix, with the assumptions stated. Complex systems get longer steps, and the estimate says so rather than pretending.
- Walkthrough. A 45-minute session with your team on day ten. The documents are yours whether or not we continue.
How the two weeks run
Days one to three: we read the solution, the integrations and the process your team actually runs, in two 45-minute calls with the people who use it daily, with read access only. Days four to nine: we trace the failures to their causes and price the fixes. Day ten: the walkthrough. If a problem has a small, safe fix we can make inside the assessment, we tell you and ask before touching anything; it is not promised, because it depends on what we find.
What it is for
Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Power Platform first; HubSpot and Salesforce when the problem is the integration around them. Typical starting points: a CRM nobody trusts because the data is wrong; an integration that fails silently; a project a previous partner left half finished; a system configured for a process the team no longer runs.
What happens after
Each fix is its own fixed-price step, quoted in the roadmap, with a decision after it. You can do one, all, or none. If the honest answer is that a different tool or a different team fits better, the roadmap says so. Questions people ask
How is this different from the free first pass?
The first pass is written from what you tell us, without access, in two days: a hypothesis, the questions that remain, and an honest view of fit. The assessment is two weeks inside the system with evidence, so the estimates can be fixed. Simple cases never need the assessment; the first pass quotes the fix directly.
Why not a fixed price for the fix?
Because before the assessment nobody knows what the fix is. A fixed price for unknown work is either padded or a loss, and both end badly. The assessment is fixed; each fix is fixed once it is defined.
How much does the assessment cost?
A fixed price, quoted with your free first pass once we know how many systems are involved. No hourly billing inside the two weeks, and the fee is credited against the first fix if you go ahead with us, so you never pay twice for the same understanding.
Do we need to give you admin access?
Read access for the assessment. Anything more is agreed per fix and removed when it is done. Your data stays in your tenant.
Can our own team do the fixes?
Yes. The roadmap and the estimates are written for that, and we are available for the parts you want to hand off.
