In short
When you book, move or cancel an appointment on a call to (833) 888-0038, our assistant asks whether you want a text confirmation. Only a yes gets one message. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help.
How you opt in
Text confirmations are only offered on calls to our business line, (833) 888-0038, which is answered by our AI assistant. After an appointment is booked, moved or cancelled on the call, the assistant asks:
"Would you like a text confirmation sent to the number you're calling from?"
We send a text only if you say yes. If you say no, or the question isn't asked, you get no texts; the email confirmation still comes.
What we send
One message for each booking, move or cancellation, for example:
Meghoo Consulting: 20-minute intro call booked for Tue, Oct 6, 10:00 AM PT. To change it, call (833) 888-0038. Reply STOP to opt out.
No marketing, promotions or recurring messages. Message and data rates may apply.
How your answer is recorded
Your yes or no is saved, with its date and time, on that call's record in our customer records, for example: "Text confirmation: the caller said yes on this call (2026-10-05 17:01 UTC)."

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from (833) 888-0038. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@meghoo-consulting.com or (833) 888-0038. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
